1. Commitment to Ethics

At Software Cookies s.r.o., we are committed to the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Even as a boutique agency, we encourage the reporting of any unethical, illegal, or professional misconduct related to our business operations.

2. Scope of Protection

In accordance with the Czech Whistleblower Protection Act (Act No. 171/2023 Coll.), protection is provided to any individual (including contractors, former employees, or job applicants) who reports a suspected violation of law that they became aware of in connection with their work for or interaction with our company.

3. How to Report

Since Software Cookies s.r.o. is a small-scale enterprise, we do not maintain a complex internal reporting department. However, we take every report seriously. You can report concerns through the following channels:

• Internal (Direct): By emailing [email protected]. All reports will be handled with strict confidentiality.
• External (Official): You may also submit a report directly to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic via their official portal at oznamovatel.justice.cz.

4. Prohibition of Retaliation

We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who make a report in good faith. Protection includes shielding the identity of the whistleblower and ensuring no professional harm occurs as a result of the disclosure.
