Bespoke Development

All specific development projects are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). In case of conflict between these website terms and a signed contract, the signed contract takes precedence.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

Website Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, "Cookies" branding, and code snippets, is the property of Software Cookies s.r.o. and is protected by Czech and international copyright laws.

Project IP: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the ownership of custom code and digital assets is transferred to the Client only upon full payment of all outstanding invoices related to the project.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic, specifically the Municipal Court in Prague for business-to-business (B2B) disputes.
